Specialists in the unglamorous infrastructure your business actually runs on. Email, security, servers, AI integration. Australian-hosted.
Four core services, plus the related work that keeps your environment running. All Australian-hosted, all run by specialists who own the outcome.
Mail Shield: an Australian-hosted email security gateway that stops phishing, malware and spam at the edge, before it reaches your inbox.
Microsoft Exchange and Linux mail platforms run by people who actually understand SMTP, DKIM, SPF, DMARC and deliverability. The stuff your business runs on.
Audits, remediation, security-first website builds. The same passive scanner running on this site (40+ checks) drives a clear path: scan → fix-list → audit, rebuild, or harden. Pick the tier that fits.
Document processing, internal copilots, inbox automation, built on your own data by engineers who understand production reliability and security. Real automation that saves hours, not website chatbots.
Architecture reviews, security audits, migration planning. Get a specialist on your problem, not a sales engineer.
Full Linux & Windows server management with production-grade monitoring as standard. Patching, backups, performance, capacity and alerting: handled end to end. You hear from us before things break, not after.

Australian tradies lose hours every week writing quotes manually. Most quoting software is too generic, too expensive, or requires a desktop to operate. InstaQuotes was built from scratch as an AI-native platform: take a voice note, photo or plain description on site, and have a professionally priced, branded quote ready to send in under a minute.
This is what we mean when we say AI that does real work — a production SaaS platform built and run by the same engineers who manage infrastructure.
For most trades businesses, quoting is the bottleneck. Jobs get priced from memory or rough spreadsheets, quotes take hours to format, and slow turnaround loses work to competitors who respond faster. Off-the-shelf quoting tools don't understand Australian trade pricing, don't handle GST correctly, and require desktop use — unusable on site. The market needed something built specifically for Australian tradies, with AI doing the pricing heavy lifting so the tradie can focus on the job.
InstaQuotes is not a demo or a proof of concept — it's a production platform handling real money for real businesses. When Edos builds AI automation, this is the standard we hold ourselves to.
Edos's own production mail environment hit a critical upgrade failure where vendor tooling couldn't complete a required security update. Standard escalation paths were exhausted.
Most teams in our position would have rebuilt from scratch. We chose to dig in — diagnosing the root cause, performing the manual remediation work the standard tooling couldn't, and rebuilding our defensive monitoring around the recovered systems.
A required security update on a production mail platform failed at multiple stages. Standard escalation paths were exhausted. Rebuild was the obvious option — and the wrong one.
The kind of work most engineers walk away from — and exactly the kind we run toward, on our own systems and yours.
Edos Solutions exists because most IT providers don't actually run infrastructure: they resell it. We do both. The servers behind your email, your security, your backups: we operate them every day. That's why our advice is honest, our incidents are rare, and our recoveries are fast.
The engineer who designs your environment is the engineer who builds it, monitors it, and shows up when it breaks. No handoff to L1.
Your data lives on infrastructure we run inside Australia. No offshore call centres. Your support conversations happen in Sydney.
Mail deliverability. Patching. Backups that actually restore. Documentation. Disaster planning. The kind of work most engineers walk away from.
Edos Solutions is a small, deliberate Sydney-based IT firm. We design, operate and support the server infrastructure businesses rely on but don't want to manage: email, security, servers, DNS. When it works, you don't think about it. When it goes wrong, we own it.
We chose to stay small because specialist work doesn't scale by stacking junior techs. Every client is on a first-name basis with a real engineer. Every incident is owned by the same hands that built the system.
All hosting is Australian. All support is Australian. No offshore handoffs.
We run the same infrastructure we deliver: production mail, security gateways, monitoring stack. If we won't run it ourselves, we won't run it for you.
Peter has been building and running the infrastructure most businesses ignore until it breaks. He designed and operates Edos's production mail stack (Exchange integrated with Linux gateways, hardened for spam and virus filtering) and has worked through everything from corrupted OS partition tables to silent DKIM failures introduced by vendor licence changes.
He also builds the internal tools Edos runs on: quoting, job management, automation. The same engineering discipline applies: if it goes into production, it gets built properly and monitored.
When you contact Edos, you work with the engineer who owns the system. Not a consultant, not a helpdesk rep: the person who built it, monitors it, and picks up the phone when it needs fixing.
Tell us what you're running, what's hurting, or what you're planning to build. We'll come back the same business day with a real human reply — not a ticket number.
